Artist’s Statement:

My ceramics are a mixture of hand built and throw pieces using a variety of different clays and slips, inspired by nature and the sea. My time is divided between Purbeck and Pembrokeshire and my inspiration is drawn from both. I am always amazed that you can take clay and make art /functional pieces from it. Mostly self taught tho completed a short course in ceramics over 25 years ago .. recently started again around 3 years ago.
