Artist’s Statement:

Having completed a Fine Art degree at Surrey Institute of Art and Design, I have been fortunate to teach art at Secondary level and also progress my career as a professional painter. Purbeck holds a special place in my heart and I try to imbue in my work this sense of the precious using gold leaf and a feel of the place by using texture to explore the rolling waves, the cliffs and the environments surrounding me. My work is a way to share my impressions of this special area with others.
