Artist’s Statement:

I share my working life between architecture and art. In my paintings I use soft pastels as a medium and take inspiration from local landscapes. I love working en plein air and all my studio pieces are directly influenced by the walks I take. I try to translate the shifting seasons and dramatic coastal weather into paintings that evoke our spiritual connections to nature.
