Artist’s Statement:

“Thoughtprints evolved whilst walking my dog on the beach in the days of lockdown; immersed in nature and soothed by the sea, I realised how every day told a different story… This was translated into my seascape photography, adding therapeutic and motivational quotes to inspire and anchor the scene to the thought. I have a range of related products including cards, poetry cards, therapy puzzles and wrapping, etc.
I also write poetry and prose reflecting experiences and stages of life to echo and empathise with others, the sea being a trusted inspiration.
I often use Thoughtprints for Walk&Talk Therapy, guiding change in the natural environment.”
